4 Weeks

Officially 4 Weeks into my new program! I love it so far. It’s not a straining as Kris Gethin’s program but it feels like it’s working just as good. I’m glad I did Kris’ first though, that was like going through hell and so it makes any less seem easier. Still obviously a LOT of hard work and dedication still there though.

Posting After 12 Week Transformation photos soon!! I just have to take them first haha. So excited I’m done with this program, it feels pretty weird to not have any obligations. Taking a week off from the gym and having free time is going to be weird too
